For the safety of all children at Avenue Primary School, it is important that we know as soon as possible who you want to collect your child each day, or whether you are happy for them to walk home alone. To complete your child’s Home Collection Consent Form please click on the below link.


To apply for a Nursery place please fill in the below form. Please read the form carefully and provide the school with all the necessary paperwork at the right time. For more information about our Nursery, please feel free to browse through our website.


If for any reason you wish your child to leave Avenue and transfer to a different school in Newham then please notify the school of your decision. When you receive a place at an alternative school and before your child leaves, please complete the below form.


If you wish to apply for our Avenue Breakfast Club, please fill in the below form and return it to the school office at your earliest convenience. Please note that due to limited spaces, we will get back to you with dates and availabilities.


Parents/ carers are asked to inform the school about the medicines that their child needs to take and provide the school with details of any changes to the prescription or support required. Medicines should only be brought into School when essential and where, on the advice of a medical practitioner, it would be detrimental to a child’s health if the medication was not administered during the school day.
